C.O.T.P.A. approved Truck & Tractor Pull

Rules:
  1. Competitors enter via General Admission Parking road.
  2. Registration begins 10:00 a.m.
  3. No registrations taken after 12:00 noon
  4. Weigh in starts at 9:30 a.m.
  5. Central Ontario Tractor Pullers Association Rules apply.
  6. All pullers must have a C.O.T.P.A. membership card.
  7. Associate membership card can be purchased the day of the Orangeville Pull for $10.
  8. Gate admission is your entry fee.
  9. Truck weights to be added in box of truck for section 3 only.
Sections:
  1. Mini Modified Tractors - 2,100 lbs.
    Total Prize Money: $1,500.00
  2. 4 X 4 Non-Circuit Trucks – 6,500 lbs (see rule 5).
    Total Prize Money: $200.00
  3. Circuit 4 X 4 Stock Trucks – 5500 lbs.
    Total Prize Money: $600.00
  4. Circuit Superstock 4 X 4 Trucks – 6,000 lbs.
    Total Prize Money: $1,500.00
  5. Circuit Light Pro-Stock Tractors – 7,000 lbs
    Total Prize Money: $1,000.00
  6. Circuit Modified Farm Tractors – 10,500 lbs.
    Total Prize Money: $1,000.00
  7. Circuit Pro Street Diesel 4 X 4 Trucks – 8,200 lbs.
    Total Prize Money: $700.00
  8. Circuit Heavy Pro-Stock Tractors – 10,000 lbs.
    Total Prize Money: $1,500.00

Kiddies Pedal Tractor Pull

Saturday September 5, 2009: 10:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.
Sunday September 6, 2009: 1:00 p.m.
Monday September 7, 2009: 10:30 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.

Rules:
  1. Participation is limited to a first come first basis. Child must be accompanied by an adult, or guardian, at the time of registration and participation. Registration for the tractor pull will be one hour before pull time.
  2. The contestant must be able to pedal the tractor without assistance.
  3. Pedal tractors will be furnished for all participants.
  4. All contestants must wear shoes.
  5. All contestants will be given three (3) chances to get the sled moving from the starting line.
  6. The pulling tractor must stay between the lines of the pulling lane at all times.
  7. If the tractor leaves the pulling lane, the distance will be measured from the starting line to the point where the tractor crossed the boundary.
  8. In case of a tie there will be a pull-off to determine the winner.
  9. Both boys and girls are eligible to enter, age limit twelve (12) years and not exceeding 110 pounds.
  10. There will be 6 Sections of contestants. They are:
    Section 1: 30-40 pounds
    Section 2: 41-50 pounds
    Section 3: 51-60 pounds
    Section 4: 75 pounds
    Section 5: 76-90 pounds
    Section 6: 91-110 pounds

The Judge's decision will be final for all pulls.
