  2. Show is O.B.R.A. and NASHORSE approved.
  3. All Association fees remain in place.
  4. Show management reserve the right to change class order.
  5. Registration begins at ringside at 9:00 a.m.

LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS
Please observe the time arranged for move in. This will be enforces as there needs to be adequate time for cleaning the barn.
As straw is increasingly difficult to dispose of, we only allow shavings to be used as bedding.
In special cirsumstances, we ask that straw be used sparingly.
The use of alcohol will NOT be permitted on O.A.S. premises during the fair.

Please Note
  1. Livestock showing on Sunday cannot arrive before 6:00 p.m. Saturday September 5, and must be on grounds no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of the show.
  2. All show Persons MUST wear “Show Number”.
  3. Number of Entries in Sections: Limited to one entry per section - except that exhibitor may make two entries in any section of their choice to a maximum of three sections except Breeder’s Herd where only one entry is allowed. Each breeding unit is allowed a maximum of 10 Exhibits excluding Breeder’s Herd.
  4. No substitutions or late entries.
  5. Entries close on August 21, 2009.
  6. Shavings only may be used for bedding!
  7. This is a non-aerosol show!

  1. Bull – Calf – born on or after January 1, 2009; Minimum of three months of age on day of judging.
  2. Bull-Yearling-born April 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008.
  3. Bull-Yearling-born January 1, 2008 to March 31, 2008.
  4. Bull-born January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007.
  5. Female-Calf-born on or after January 1, 2009; Minimum of three months of age on day of judging.
  6. Female Heifer-born April 1, 2008 to Dec. 31, 2008.
  7. Female –Heifer-born Jan. 1, 2008 to March 31, 2008.
  8. Female - born Jan. 1, 2007 to Dec. 31, 2007 with her own 2009 natural, purebred, tattooed, calf at foot. Female and calf shall be shown as a unit except that the calf is eligible to be shown as a single animal in Section 10 only. Also, eligible to be shown as a single animal in Sections 10 & 11.
  9. Female-born-prior to Jan.1, 2007 with her own 2009 natural, purebred, tattooed, calf at foot. Female and calf shall be shown as a unit except that the calf is eligible to be shown as a single animal in Section 10 only. Also, eligible to be shown as a single animal in Sections 10 & 11.

  11. Breeder’s Herd-a group of 4 animals bred by the exhibitor, both sexes represented, must be exhibited in previous sections. At least one animal must be owned by the exhibitor. Limited to one exhibit per exhibitor.
  12. Get of Sire: A group of three animals from the same sire, both sexes represented. At least one animal owned by the exhibitor. Animals must be shown in the previous sections. Limited to one per exhibitor.
