class 44: Group Displays

Rules:
  1. This class is open to Women’s Institute’s, church groups, guilds/clubs, community not-for-profit organizations etc.
  2. No entry fee is required for this class and no passes will be issued in this class. Each group must pre-register on or before August 14, 2009 with the Chairperson to ensure a space.
  3. Each group should supply and display a 12” x 18” card naming their group.
Guidelines for Display
  1. To be an original display that promotes your organization.
  2. Should depict your group’s activities and involvement in the community throughout the year.
  3. Each display will be given 36 “ of space in width and the use of four shelf areas 12” in depth.
  4. With the fair theme being ‘Welcome to our Hoe Down’, we encourage participants in this class to display items with a musical component.
  5. All groups exhibiting will receive $10, donated by the Orangeville Agricultural Society, to be used by their organization.
